Platform Overview

This guide introduces you to the GovPayPlan dashboard and helps you understand where to find key features.

Dashboard Layout

When you log in, you'll see the main dashboard with these key areas:

Top Navigation Bar

  • Logo: Click to return to the dashboard from anywhere
  • Search: Quickly find transactions, users, or settings
  • Notifications: View alerts and system messages
  • User Menu: Access your profile and log out

The left sidebar contains links to all major sections:

  • Dashboard: Overview and quick stats
  • Payments: Process and manage payments
  • Transactions: View transaction history
  • Reports: Generate and export reports
  • Settings: Configure your account and agency settings
