Client Portal
The Client Portal allows payers to create an account, manage their payment methods, view transaction history, and subscribe to recurring payments. When clients are signed in, all transactions are linked to their account rather than processed as a guest.

Registered clients can:
- Save payment methods for faster checkout
- View transaction history across all their payments
- Set up recurring payments and payment plans
- Manage subscriptions and update payment details
- Access receipts for all past transactions
Client Registration
How Clients Register
- Navigate to your agency's payment portal
- Click Register or Create Account
- Enter required information:
- Email address
- Password
- Name
- Contact information
- Verify email address via the confirmation link
- Complete registration
Registration Requirements
- Valid email address (used for login and notifications)
- Password meeting security requirements
- Agreement to terms of service
Client Login
Signing In
- Navigate to your agency's payment portal
- Click Sign In or Login
- Enter email and password
- Complete any additional verification if required
Forgot Password
If a client forgets their password:
- Click Forgot Password on the login page
- Enter the registered email address
- Check email for password reset link
- Create a new password
Managing Payment Methods
Signed-in clients can save and manage their payment methods for faster future transactions.
Adding a Payment Method
- Sign in to the Client Portal
- Navigate to Payment Methods or Wallet
- Click Add Payment Method
- Enter card or bank account details
- Save the payment method
Saved Payment Methods
Clients can save:
- Credit and debit cards
- Bank accounts (ACH)
Updating or Removing Payment Methods
- Navigate to Payment Methods
- Select the payment method to update or remove
- Click Edit to update details or Remove to delete

Saved payment methods make recurring payments and future transactions faster and more convenient.
Making Payments as a Registered Client
When signed in, clients can:
- Select from saved payment methods at checkout
- Save new payment methods during checkout
- Have all transactions linked to their account for easy tracking

Recurring Payments
Registered clients can subscribe to recurring payments for ongoing obligations.
Setting Up Recurring Payments
- Sign in to the Client Portal
- Navigate to Recurring Payments or select a recurring payment option at checkout
- Choose the payment schedule:
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Annually
- Select or add a payment method
- Confirm the recurring payment setup
Managing Recurring Payments
From the Client Portal, clients can:
- View all active recurring payments
- Update the payment method used
- Change the payment schedule (if allowed)
- Cancel recurring payments
Recurring Payment Notifications
Clients receive notifications:
- Before each scheduled payment
- After successful payment processing
- If a payment fails (with instructions to update payment method)
Transaction History
Registered clients have access to their complete transaction history.
Viewing Transactions
- Sign in to the Client Portal
- Navigate to Transactions or Payment History
- View all past transactions linked to the account
Transaction Details
For each transaction, clients can view:
- Transaction date and time
- Payment amount
- Payment method used
- Transaction status
- Receipt (downloadable)

Clients can manage their account settings:
Profile Information
- Update name and contact information
- Change email address
- Update phone number
Security
- Change password
- Manage login sessions
Notifications
- Email notification preferences
